Job Title: Talent Specialist Job Code: TALENTSPEC001: SUMMARY : Coordinates technical recruiting and temporary selection processes. Success measures include retention , time to fill, average days open, and depth metrics as determined by Talent Based Organization strategies. Acts as point person to support operational staffing in the organization.
