Location: London Hybrid working: 4 days in the office Contract Type: Full-Time | Permanent Pubity Group is looking for a Senior Video Editor to lead post-production output across our portfolio of social-first brands, including Pubity , Memezar , Film Seal , Memelord , and Gamingzar . This is not just an editing seat. You will be responsible for the technical quality and creative consistency of all video output (short and long-form), while also managing and mentoring a team of editors. You'll assign briefs, set standards, and take ownership of delivery, ensuring that output is platform-optimised, on-brand, and commercially effective. You will work closely with Show Development, Creative Directors, Strategy, and Client Services to translate briefs into high-quality, engaging video content at pace and at scale. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Task Management: Manage and mentor a team of video editors, providing clear direction, ongoing feedback, and structured performance support.
