Description Role Overview: The Key Account Manager is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of Key Customer Accounts. This position will reach his or her business targets through effective management of designated accounts including but not limited to order entry, customer communication, price maintenance, and intercompany management of shipping/delivery, part number, and product support to the management team. This individual will also develop and support ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and associates to continually maintain a professional image of the company. Integrity, passion, and in-person presentational skills are essential for this role. Duties may vary to include some or all the following job responsibilities.
