Summary/Objective This position will serve as a member of the brand NXT Sports (NXT) within the company 3Step Sports. The Inside Sales Manager will work closely with the NXT Event Sales team to manage all sales-related data and support all administrative and customer service needs. This position will be responsible for the accurate maintenance of the registration system, PlayerFirst. This includes registering teams, collecting payments, and managing all accounts receivable. This role will also assist with schedule creation and editing in Tourney Machine when necessary and serve as an on-site director at events. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, and can communicate with customers and coworkers in a highly professional manner. Essential Functions: - Manage process for rosters and waiver collection for all NXT events. - Maintain accurate customer records and manage event sales databases. - Serve as an initial point of contact for incoming customer questions. - Check the company mailbox daily, enter check information to the check log and input invoice numbers.
