Position Overview: Performs a variety of landscaping duties (e.g. sod laying, mowing, trimming shrubs, planting, watering, fertilizing) to sustain the campus grounds of the University of Central Oklahoma. Job Duties: Maintains campus lawns by mowing, raking, edging, trimming, fertilizing, and using weed control methods. Prepares flower beds for growing annuals and bulbs and other areas for seed and sod. Plants grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs. Maintains campus shrubs by watering, spraying, weeding, and cleaning shrub plantings. Maintains driveways and walkways by spreading salt to remove ice buildup and shoveling snow.
