Position Overview The Project Manager/Analyst is a representative of the world-class ability to execute that has made Helipass a leader in global supply chain management. The Project Manager/Analyst ensures that the prioritization, coordination, and quality of deliverables meet our standards, and ensures timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders during the project lifecycle. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Project Manager/Analyst Responsibilities: Provide analysis for developers to execute requirements Project onboarding activities, including pre-sales required to generate Statements of Work (SOWs). Participate in Discovery and Analysis events to document the problem space. Manage communication with project stakeholders and user community. Review requirements with internal team and vet proposed solutions to build functional specifications, release plans, and delivery schedules. Create project plans, including delivery and resource schedules, communication plans, cutover plans, etc. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, with Product team, and other project activities as necessary to gain acceptance of feature designs and deliverables.
