Job Description: Global Product Manager – Solid Wire (Non & Low Alloy) 📍 Location: Any European location where ESAB has a legal entity This role leads the global Non- & Low-Alloy Solid Wire product portfolio as a business unit. You will define and execute the global product strategy, manage the product lifecycle end-to-end, and drive profitable growth across all regions. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in welding consumables and metallurgy with strong commercial acumen and strategic execution capabilities to deliver customer value and business performance. What You’ll be doing: Develop and execute the global product strategy and roadmap for non- and low-alloy solid wire products. Own portfolio positioning, value proposition, and lifecycle management from concept through phase-out. Drive new product introductions (NPI), portfolio simplification, standardization, and cost-down initiatives. Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Sourcing, Quality, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure successful execution and reliable supply.
