Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care Job Summary: Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting. 🏡 Featured Opportunity in Jerome, MI: About the Client A bright, creative, and fully cognitive 24-year-old woman. We are seeking a compassionate private duty nurse to provide care for a vibrant 24-year-old female who is fully cognitive and uses a tracheostomy and ventilator. She is a talented individual who enjoys drawing, crafting, and using her computer and phone. The successful candidate will primarily assist with tasks requiring hand use (unless she is at a high table) and general personal care. The patient's caring parents are highly involved and helpful with her care. Hours are flexible.
