Job DetailsJob Location: Green Bay, WI 54302South Bay Marina located in Green Bay, WI is an owned and operated division of McDonald Companies. We provide world-class customer service to our customers through our grounds and community. Our services include but are not limited to supporting our customers utilizing our 240+ slip marina, managing a year-round marine equipment service center, and operating a retail space that provides a wide variety of both recreational and marine related gear to the public. We are looking to add a highly customer focused dockhand to our team for the summer season (13 weeks, May – September). Starting pay will be $16 and will vary based on experience and skills. Primary Responsibilities: Always provide excellent customer service in a professional and approachable manner. Responsible for all cleaning and janitorial needs of facilities located around the Marina grounds. Assist slip-holders with securing boats to the dock, connecting and monitoring utility devices.
