The SVP, Digital Distribution and Revenue leader reports to the Division President, N.A. Small & Lower Midmarket Readiness to take on full domain accountability – track record of leading teams to deliver digital products against broad business goals, ability to take ownership of responsibilities outside of immediate sphere of influence (e,g, stakeholder management across levels and functions). Effective negotiator and influencer to persuade stakeholders with a fact base and customer feedback. Business Development – experience in working with distributions and sales to create a long-term value for the organization from customers, markets, and relationships. The pay range for the role is $200,000 to $250,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
