General Job Description: As a Intern, Project Group, you will report to one of our experienced Project Managers. Your work assignments will vary but may include assisting with project execution, trade coordination, scheduling, document management, and/or the coordination of design and installation with Project Management, Construction, and Service Departments. Supervises: N/A: Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Position Requirements (Skills, Work Experience, Education, Certifications, Licenses, etc.): - Field engineering: assist with project execution, trade coordination, scheduling, document management and problem solving. - Surveying existing buildings (for retrofits), identifying opportunities for improvement - Assisting in completing preliminary designs, proposal data, and costs. - Collaborating with our Purchasing Department regarding price, delivery, and other specs for purchased items. - Assisting in coordinating installation procedures among Engineering, Construction, and other stakeholders. - Assisting in writing letters, memos, contracts, change orders, and other documents related to the project. - Assisting with estimation - Other duties as directed by partnering Proje...
