Description SCOPE: Using state of the art CNC drilling equipment, the drill operator drills on rigid and rigid-flex multilayer printed circuit boards, (a flat laminated substrate consisting of an epoxy base laminate with multiple very thin copper layers). Drill holes range in size and can be as small as 0.005” in diameter. Additionally, the drill operator performs a variety of tasks in support of the drilling process, which may include gathering supplies such as back-up and entry materials, drill bits, machine setup and quality verification of product. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Drill I (Entry level) - Perform job related tasks as instructed by supervisor. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. - Assist on removal of copper flash from panels edges. - Visually inspect panels for surface defects. - Read and understand applicable Process Procedures and safety rules. - Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
