Job Description: This is a floating role filling in when we experience staff vacancies and increased volume. Due to our presence in the Charlotte community, this may include working offsite at partner organizations as needed. This role will be cross trained for Talent Development, Talent Engagement and Outreach and Special Initiatives teams. The ideal individual will be a self-starter, able to work independently (including offsite without daily supervision) and flexible in their skillset.
