Minimum qualifications: System-level knowledge, including hardware, software, and their interactions; Mobile phone hardware subsystems, including application processor, multimedia, GPU, modem and wifi; Optimizing software for power and performance improvements; Linux kernel and Android system; and Debugging and root cause analysis for system issues (code, firmware, software, hardware, operational) or Troubleshooting system issues. - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Hardware Engineer-related occupation. - Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: About the job: Be part of a team that pushes boundaries, developing custom silicon solutions that power the future of Google's direct-to-consumer products.
