Description Name of Employer: Advantage Capital Management Corporation Position Title: Senior Project Manager: Position Location:156W 56th St, Ste 1204, New York, NY 10019 Salary: $165,485.00 - $165,500.00 per year Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Summary of Duties: Manage the engineering deliverables to develop utility scale solar and energy projects, equipment procurement RFPs and EPC contractor RFPs. Manage strategic partnerships , contractual negotiations with engineering firms, equipment suppliers and EPC contractors. Managing project schedules and budget of engineering work products such as site layouts, engineering drawings, one-line diagrams, PSSE/PSCAD Models, etc. Conduct quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) of engineering work products. Expertise in queue positioning, cluster studies, and deliverability upgrades for large-scale projects (PJM, MISO, WECC). Manage interconnection applications across the portfolio, including interconnection studies, agreement processes, and milestone management.
