Position Summary Mill Creek Machining (MCM), a Delva Tool & Machine company, is seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist for our Spencer , IA location . The CNC Lathe Machinist is responsible for quality parts produced on our Doosan, Takamaz, and Mazak lathes. The pay range for this role starts at $20+/hr. depending on experience. A weekly attendance bonus of $44.00 per week will be added to each pay period when all scheduled hours are worked* Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Verifies cycle times on all jobs and reports discrepancies to his/her crew chief and annotates on traveler. - Verifies/sets gauging against known standards and ensures gauging is correct per inspection sheet. - Knows and ensures all safety devices are in place and working properly. - Inspects machine and work area in general for proper order and operation. - Operates machinery according to acceptable and safe practice. - Makes routine offsets and able to ascertain the need for ch...
