Senior Product Designer

Job description

We've adopted a true Product-led development model. You'd be our first senior design hire in this new chapter — the person who does the design work and establishes what a good design process looks like, reporting directly to the Head of Product and working closely with stakeholders and Engineering. You'll partner with stakeholders across verticals (B2C, Retail, B2B), and Marketing, and work across iOS/iPadOS, eCommerce/web, and Salesforce surfaces. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Own & execute the design process — from early research and discovery through delivering high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and shipped products. You're a maker first. - Be the voice of design: Shape the UX roadmap with the Head of Product and CTO, and get buy-in from stakeholders. Anticipate technical constraints (React, iOS) and user considerations (Accessibility & information design), unblock the team, and escalate issues when you need help. - Build our design system from scratch across all platforms and user journeys, as the foundation for consistency and execution speed - Drive data-informed decisions: Measure product performance (e.g., usage metrics, A/B testing, user feedback).
