Salary Range: Pay is based on experience; eligible for annual bonuses Position Overview: As a Quality Inspector, you'll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Berea, OH. Key Responsibilities: ' Responsible for ensuring product conformity to blueprint. ' Inspect hardware using various inspection equipment including: calipers, micrometers, comparator, height stand, indicator, profilometer, hardness tester, etc. ' Review work order for completion of operations and required documentations. ' Review ERP (JD Edwards) system for required retained information. ' Review raw material certificates and ensure conformity to industry or internal standards. ' Provide manufacturing technical support as GD&T subject matter expert. ' Support the Quality Engineers to ensure products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system. ' Interface with internal departments to engage in activities that ensure continuous control over material, services and products. Other duties as assigned.
