Job Title Senior Project Manager, Industrial, Project & Development Services Job Description Summary: The Senior Project Manager will manage complex, highly technical projects through inception, design, material procurement, permitting, construction, closeout, and operational startup. This candidate must possess communication and leadership skills required for large industrial projects. Job Description ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met. - Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients at all project phases including conceptual, schematic, design development and construction phases. Must possess ability to review drawings and specifications across multiple disciplines. Candidate should be fluent in MEP systems and commercial construction. - Create RFP’s for general contractors, designers, and client vendors. Assist in the selection and contracting process.
