Job description

Job Functions: - Greets every guest with a smile and positive attitude. - Takes orders from guests and prepares orders when applicable. - Responsible for correctly handling cash, credit and comp procedures and properly completing paperwork. - Utilize proper procedures and documentation for transactions. - Ensure bank is counted and balanced with cage. - Complete cash turn-in sheets, etc. and distribute appropriately. - Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job. - Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. - Knows the menu items and prices. - Knows how to operate the Micros system in order to properly ring up and close out checks. - Upholds standards by setting examples with appearance and work ethic. - Works to ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times. - Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, performing all job duties in the safest possible manner, and immediately notifying the supervisor and completing an accident report if a personal accident does occur. - Performs other duties specified or assigned. - Complies with all departmental rules, sidework assignments, and departmental p...
