Job Description: Responsibilities - your mission: The jobholder is as part of a cross divisional team, based in all divisions across 4 countries and 7 sites responsible for Procurement supplier master data management in run mode, projects and process activities. Managing Master Data and supporting Procurement Users is at the heart of the team’s activities. Mission: ensures supplier master data accuracy, consistency and compliance with business rules while delivering an efficient and effective service to the company. Activities: ○ Support the definition and enforce data quality standards (e.g. accuracy, completeness, timeliness) ○ Regularly review and cleanse data to ensure it meets business needs ○ Support supplier data governance policies and guidelines ○ Support compliance with regulatory and organizational standards (e.g. GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation, tax regulations, Know Your Data quality management: Governance and policies: Supplier checks): ○ Work closely with procurement, finance and compliance teams to understand data needs ○ Act as a liaison between technical data administrators and business teams ○ Investigate and resolve data discrepancies or errors flagged...
