Health Services Director in Training (HSDiT) - Los Angeles The HSDiT program is an advancement opportunity for Oakmont team members who are excelling in their Health Services role and envision a future with the company. Members are trained by department heads at the community level and gain a comprehensive understanding of how to manage a team as a Health Services Director. Once they have completed department training, they are placed at a community and work under a current Health Services Director to gain on-the-job experience. In addition to being an excellent professional development opportunity, this program provides customized leadership training to motivated individuals who are wanting to grow with Oakmont. Salary range: $80,000 - $85,000: Required Qualifications: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age - Candidates from Oakmont will need to have a minimum of six months in their current position. - Prefer two (2) years’ experience as a Licensed Nurse; one (1) years’ experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE). - All candidates will need to have a California LVN or RN License in good standing. - Must be willing to travel throughout the state...
