Overview: How you can make a difference The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for selling HealthEquity's core products within a defined region. Responsibilities include prospect identification, pipeline development, and closing contracts for distribution to HealthEquity partners and direct employers (primarily small groups of 0-250 US employees). The role also involves sales presentations, conference/training participation, and relationship building with brokers, partners, and employers in the assigned region. What you’ll be doing: What you will need to be successful Travel Requirements: Occasional overnight travel required, about 10% of the time - Responsible for end-to-end sales cycle for small to mid-sized employers & driving revenue - Participates in territory seminars that may include Continuing Education (CE) credits - Cultivates and grows broker relationships in territory to explain joint Health Saving Accounts (HSA) / Consumer Directed Benefit (CDB) solutions - Participates in sales meetings with partners as the Subject Matter Experts on HSA / CDB - Perfo...
