Title of Position: Lead Pastor (Part-Time) Name of Church: Cornerstone Alliance Church Location: The church is located in the borough of Dickson City, Pennsylvania which is four miles north of Scranton. Job Description: Cornerstone Alliance Church is seeking a spiritually mature pastor who will serve as a shepherd, counselor, mentor, and teacher for the congregation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about knowing and loving the church and community while bringing clarity to ministry strategies. The church is seeking a pastor with an encouraging and energetic leadership style. Minimum Years of Experience: The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of church ministry experience and proven experience making disciples. Minimum Education Level: If necessary, must be willing to complete the Ministerial Study Program (MSP) upon hiring.
