Clothing Coordinator

Job description

As the Clothing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for coordinating clothing alteration and embellishment services - including embroidery, heat seal, screen printing, and garment alterations. You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams and external vendors to ensure orders are processed accurately, delivered on time and meet our high standards for quality. You will also manage digital assets, maintain pricing information, and ensure a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry to delivery. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience in customer service or internal sales.
