Product Training Manager

Job description

Overall responsibilities: - Supervise the curriculum management and implementation/deployment of courseware within our Learning Management System (LMS) for Product training within the U.S. CDJRFA dealer network (28,000+ retail automotive students) - Collaborate with the Creative design team on the development of course materials, including Meeting Leaders Guides, Participant Reference Guides, web scripts, supporting resources and PowerPoint/audio/video/media support for product-based courses - Assist in the review of Product training materials as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and include trainers, as needed, to ensure course relevance and accuracy - Manage and plan for product curriculum updates, evolution and modifications throughout the year to ensure curricula relevance and correlation to learner requirements - Create, manage, measure and maintain the Sales and Product Training certification requirements for Sales Professionals, Sales Managers, and other support roles within the Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and FIAT brands - Lead contact for Commercial Curriculum – Sales Manager and Consultant - Manage the Hiring/Development of a National team of 20+ contract Product S...
