Position Summary The Director, Growth Analytics will oversee the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of Commerce campaigns and measurement for a global CPG client. Success in this role requires a strong background in media analytics, with specific expertise in retail media, to establish standards, streamline workflows, and deliver flawless execution at scale. The right candidate is highly proactive, detail-driven, and skilled at bringing clarity to complex initiatives, especially when working with non-technical stakeholders. They should possess a deep understanding of Commerce/Retail, ad tech, and campaign performance measurement requirements. This leader will unify internal teams, external vendors/partners, and clients within a consistent operating framework. Mastery of ad tech platforms, strong analytical capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential to deliver scalable, revenue-driving RMN solutions.
