The role: As Parts Technical Support Expert within Zeekr MSS you provide expert technical guidance and operational support related to automotive parts across the EU Zeekr aftersales network. This role acts as a key interface between engineering, supply chain, quality, and regional organizations, ensuring the correct identification, application, and technical usage of parts throughout the vehicle lifecycle. The position supports NSCs, importers, and, indirect dealers by resolving complex technical parts issues, improving parts accuracy, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, parts availability, and customer satisfaction.
