About the Role iCapital is seeking an Alternative Data Management Analyst to join the Data Solutions team. This individual must be comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-driven, fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering a high-quality, accurate product on a time-sensitive basis. The daily activities are diverse, from setting up and maintaining software applications, to ad hoc projects, and helping with data feed management. The role is a mix of finance and technology. Responsibilities: - Alternative Data Management - Data Acquisition, Sourcing and Maintenance – manage source document and retrieval methods related to alternative investment products - Data Integrity – enrich unstructured data into existing data infrastructure - Data Quality and Controls – ensure completeness, timeliness and accuracy of relevant investment data through validation and control processes - Data Governance – adhere to data governance best practices - Cross-Functional Collaboration – collaborate across teams to provide insights from alternative investment data across multiple reporting platforms and systems - Automation and Process improvement – continuously look for ways to automate and i...
