Quality Systems Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to join the Repair Station Administration (RSA) team located in Tukwila, WA. Evaluate the design and lead the continuous improvement of the Safety Management System (SMS) for a large FAA Part 145 certificated repair station performing aircraft‑level maintenance/modifications and component maintenance. Serve as the primary SMS interface with FAA, National Aviation Authorities (NAA), customers, and internal repair station stakeholders and leaders; integrate SMS across Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Training to ensure effective safety risk controls and regulatory compliance. Position Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and drive the repair station SMS manual, safety policy, procedures, and supporting documentation consistent with FAA, NAA and ICAO guidance.
