Overview Rental Coordinator – Fresno - Quinn CAT Company Position Summary: The Rental Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily rental operations by delivering excellent customer service, coordinating equipment rentals, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of all rental transactions. This role works closely with customers, sales, and service teams to maximize rental revenue and operational efficiency. Wages: Starting wage for the Rental Coordinator will depend on experience and education. $20 - $25 Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality customer service by handling inbound calls, responding to inquiries, and providing rental quotes - Assist customers in selecting appropriate equipment based on jobsite requirements, application, and specifications - Promote Caterpillar equipment and Quinn Rental Services to maximize rental opportunities - Process rental transactions including contracts, invoicing, insurance verification, credit checks, and payment terms - Coordinate equipment delivery and pickup; schedule transportation and ensure accurate billing - Maintain accurate and up-to-date rental records in RentalMan system - Perform equipment check-in/check-out and document...
