Job Title Europe IGTD - Devices Systems Sales (DSS) Leader (m/w/d) Job Description: In this role, you have the opportunity to Lead the development and execution of a newly established systems-focused sales organization across Europe for Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGTD). This role is instrumental in accelerating the transformation of IGTD toward integrated systems and software solutions, enabling higher-value commercial opportunities and advancing Philips’ leadership in complex solution selling. You will combine strategic leadership with operational execution, building and leading a high-performing specialized sales team focused on capital, rental, and hybrid business models. Working closely with European Zone leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you will shape the commercial operating model, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive sustainable business growth across the region.
