Job description

Commercial & Billing Administrator CNS are looking for a Commercial & Billing Administrator on a 12 month contract, to be the first point of contact for customer queries relating to invoices, credits and billing administration. You will deliver excellent customer service with timely resolution, collaborate closely with CNS Commercial and business partners to drive account satisfaction, and work with CNS product teams to enhance the overall customer experience. You’ll also reconcile billing tasks within defined billing cycles to support accurate, on ‑ time invoicing. Our ideal candidate will be someone with billing and invoicing experience, keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. CNS provides operational solutions across multiple areas of the supply chain and bills customers directly and on behalf of business partners, including two of the UK’s largest container terminals. Recovery of queried costs through invoices is critical to the continued operation of CNS and its partners.
