About The Role: Our Dishwashers are responsible for the breakdown, cleaning and storage of cookware, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. Responsibilities: Wash and sanitize all cookware, pots, pans, etc. Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times. Assist cooks with products and deliveries. Clean main kitchen cooler on an ongoing basis. Clean and mop floors, including walk-in coolers. Keep inventory of cleaning chemicals, informing General Manager when products are low.
