Job Details The administrative coordinator of the Jefferson Center for Interprofessional Practice & Education provides office management and leadership of special events, as well as support of daily operations of all Center activities. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring faculty, staff, and students are equipped with the tools required to enact the mission of the Center. The administrative coordinator plays a key role in developing and managing relationships with all stakeholders and facilitating achievement of JCIPE’s strategic goals. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson. - Serves as the primary point of contact for JCIPE, liaising and building relationships across the enterprise to support the Center mission - Supports the operation of all JCIPE programs and initiatives, including recruitment, development, and delivery - Organizes all JCIPE events, including leadership of its biennial, national conference for ~200 attendees, overseeing scheduling and correspondence, as well as all logistical components - Manages JCIPE awards process, establishing a timeline, scheduling review, co...
