In this role, you’ll bring campaigns to life across email, SMS, push, and remarketing, using smart automation and personalization to deliver the right message at the right moment . What you'll do: Own execution of CRM campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and optimization. Support implementation of the CRM strategy defined by the CRM Manager and Group Head of CRM. Work with customer segmentation, personalization, and targeting to deliver relevant and effective messaging. Provide input to campaign innovation, customer journey improvements, and automation flows.
