The Mobility Division is at the center of that transformation, spanning shared mobility, managed fleet, and emerging platforms. As Manager, Business Development, you’ll lead how we identify, structure, and scale the partnerships that fuel Mobility growth. This role blends strategy, dealmaking, and execution. The salary range for this position is expected to be around $100k, highly commensurate with experience. What You’ll Do: Own the business development strategy across Mobility. You’ll source, structure, negotiate, and grow partnerships that expand revenue, unlock new capabilities, and strengthen Hertz’s position in the mobility ecosystem. Go beyond signing agreements.
