Mission Brief The Senior Real Estate Specialist is responsible for planning and executing global real estate and infrastructure projects. This role covers site assessment and selection, contract and project management, maintenance and lifecycle planning, and the optimization of asset-related processes. The focus is on ensuring efficient, sustainable, and cost ‑ effective real estate solutions that support corporate growth and operational excellence. Your Role in Our Space Mission: Develop and evaluate site strategies through feasibility studies, due diligence, and location analysis for production, office, and logistics facilities. Prepare decision-ready reports and recommendations for senior management on real estate and infrastructure investments. Negotiate and manage real estate and infrastructure contracts, including leases, purchases, and service agreements. Coordinate and manage external partners such as brokers, technical consultants, and legal advisors.
