Job Description: 📍 Location: Amata Nakorn – Phase 10, Phan Thong, Chonburi What You’ll Do: As our CHB Q&FS Technologist , your key responsibilities will include: - Drive Q&FS Excellence – Implement and continuously improve Mars Quality Management Process (QMP) and global Q&FS standards to ensure product safety and quality - Lead Food Safety Programs – Act as Food Safety Team Leader, managing HACCP programs, verification plans, and site compliance through internal and external audits - Manage Incidents & Compliance – Own or support PRIMP incidents, ensuring effective root cause analysis, corrective/preventative actions, and product disposition - Collaborate & Influence – Partner with regional and site teams to deploy standards, monitor KPIs, and build strong food safety capabilities across the organization What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone who has: - Relevant Experience – Background in food safety, quality systems, and HACCP program implementation within manufacturing or FMCG - Key Skills – Strong analytical thinking, root cause analysis, and auditing experience with a passion for quality and food safety - Soft Skills – Effective communication, collaboration, and abi...
