Description Position Overview: As a Activity Director, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a comprehensive activities, and life-enrichment program that enhances the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive well-being of our residents. This role ensures that activities are meaningful, engaging, and aligned with residents' interests, abilities, and care plans. Key Responsibilities: - You will plan and implement individual and group activities in your facility. - You will schedule events that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional health. - You will post monthly and weekly schedules through out the facility. - You will provide consistent supervision of activity aides, their duties, documentation and work habits. - You will direct the writing of facility newsletter.
