Position Overview As the Big Dam Van Event Coordinator, you will be the face of Duluth Trading Company’s "boots on the ground" experiential tour. You will serve as a brand ambassador, navigating the country to bring the Duluth brand to life through unique event activations and engaging social content. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, a passion for the brand, and a willingness to embrace the adventure of life on the road. Position Details: This is a traveling temporary special assignment. If you are curious about how this would work with your current position, please reach out to your manager with questions. Upon completion of the assignment, you will transition back to your current position and compensation. The assignment runs May 2026 through December 2026 , but is subject to early conclusion or extension based on business needs and the performance of the tour.
