Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to drive and elevate the end-to-end experience of our global e-commerce platform. In this role, you will take ownership of complex shopping-related design initiatives and help shape how millions of users interact with our products, ensuring experiences are intuitive, efficient, and delightful while aligning with business objectives. You will contribute design direction, judgment, and craft leadership, alongside high-quality design execution. Job Expectations: Lead end-to-end design across multiple initiatives, from early concept and problem framing through stakeholder alignment and final delivery. Conduct user research and usability testing to understand shopping behaviors and translate insights into effective, data-informed design solutions.
