Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It For SiSi's our Rooftop Destination in Glasgow we are seeking a new Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind one of our restaurants, bars, or cafés at The Social Hub, setting the tone from the floor to the back office. SiSi's is our new concept Mexicana restaurant and bar that truly embodies the spirit of TSH with a twist. You’ll bring energy, structure, and heart into the daily rhythm of service while turning ideas into great guest moments. You’ll lead a hands-on team of supervisors and hosts, shaping a place people love to work in and guests keep coming back to. From service flow to team culture to financial results, you’re the one connecting the dots. You’ll work closely with our F&B leadership, kitchen teams, and creative minds to keep the concept sharp and relevant.
