About The Role: We are seeking a Systems Engineer to own and operate an enterprise Application Control capability, with a strong focus on the Airlock Digital platform. This role is responsible for the installation, configuration, operation, and ongoing management of Airlock across a large end-user computing environment. You will play a key role in transitioning the platform from project delivery into a stable BAU service, working closely with cyber security, end user compute, application packaging, and service management teams. While Airlock experience is highly desirable, this role is suited to candidates who understand application control concepts and can confidently operate and support such platforms at scale. Responsibilities will include: - Own and operate the Airlock Digital platform, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades. - Managing the Airlock agent across Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints. - Administer application allow lists, execution policies, and control rules in line with customer security requirements. - Process service requests, including application block / unblock requests, new software onboarding and OTP (One-Time Password) session ma...
