WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Directly supervise and drive production employees in assigned value stream which requires people management in the areas of performance management, time and attendance, reviewing and submitting employee time for payroll, mentoring and developing, motivating and recognizing individuals for exceptional work, and ongoing discipline when necessary. Lead the day-to-day production activities within the value stream by assigning tasks and managing shift staffing to meet production goals to include managing attendance and scheduling to ensure that current commitments are achieved while improvements are made. Supervise, train, and mentor production line workers to ensure efficiency and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
