We are seeking an experienced and hands-on National Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function across a growing national business. Reporting to the Director and leading a team of two, this role is both strategic and operational —perfect for someone who can drive HR initiatives while remaining close to the day-to-day needs of the business. About the Role: As the National HR Manager, you will provide leadership across HR, WHS, and employee engagement, ensuring our people practices align with business goals and company values. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders while supporting the HR team to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes across the organisation.
