Role Description: We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Director with a proven track record in service delivery, team leadership, and client account management. The role will lead and grow the cost and commercial team delivering Residential and Commercial Development projects across South West England and South Wales, while enhancing commercial capability, service performance, and client experience. This position requires experience delivering and leading multi-million-pound projects or programmes, managing regional cost management teams, building strong client relationships, and generating new business opportunities.
