Job Purpose or Objective(s): As a Paratransit Driver, you will transport patients/passengers to non-emergency medical care and providing other needed transportation services. You will report to the EMS Transportation Manager. PG06 - Start Rate: $19.30 | Location: Hugo | Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm | Weekly Earned Wage Access is an Option for this Position | Primary Tasks: 1. Transport passengers to appropriate locations and appointments with a flexible schedule. 2. Organize data and instructions to coordinate with dispatcher to assure passengers are transported to the appropriate location at the appropriate time. 3. Maintain destination log and/or behavior of passengers, driver logs/checklists according to GSA & CNHSA guidelines, and vehicle logbook with scheduled maintenance of vehicle as needed. 4. Monitor and ensure cleanliness of vehicle and take vehicle to have repairs completed. Enforce passenger safety and security by following the CNHSA transit safety standards/polices, Federal Transit Administration regulations, and regulatory guidelines.
