Under the direction of the Plant Superintendent, the Production Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of all shift employees and ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, production quantity and quality targets, and housekeeping standards as well as maintaining discipline. The Production Supervisor is responsible for the manufacture of products producing the required volume of products within company standards of quality, cost and safe work procedures; ensures that employees have all the resources and tools necessary to carry out their job functions safely and efficiently; supervisor will also be responsible for working with managers, other supervisors, and personnel from other departments to promote a team environment to achieve goals across all shifts; be a dependable self-starter who has the follow-up skills to produce e...
