Job description

Licensed Counselor - (LCSW) $33 hourly w/ bonus structure (Up to 5% quarterly) 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM - Monday-Friday Master or Bachelors Preferred: As a Counselor at BHG, you'll support patients in identifying their strengths and achieving social, educational, and occupational goals. You will guide individuals adjusting to a drug-free life, offering emotional and physical support throughout their recovery. Reporting to the Counselor Supervisor or Program Director, you'll ensure compliance with schedules, program policies, and all relevant regulatory requirements—performing within the scope of your licensure. Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual and group counseling sessions focused on substance abuse recovery. Orient patients to treatment procedures and program expectations. Gather and assess patients’ social, educational, economic, and vocational backgrounds. Create and update individualized treatment plans, maintaining thorough documentation. Make referrals to appropriate services and ensure follow-up. Assist in launching new programs and advise on caseload management.
